- Development Services: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all development services, starting from the date of payment.
- Care Plan and Subscription Services: A 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first subscription payment of any care plan or subscription-based service.

2. No Refunds on Renewals
We do not provide refunds for:
- Renewals of Care Plan or subscription services.
- Monthly or yearly recurring payments after the initial 7-day refund period.
All renewals are considered active once charged and are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or service at any time.
- No contracts or long-term commitments are required.
- Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No future payments will be charged once cancellation is confirmed.

- Services where substantial project work has already been completed and approved.
- Custom development beyond the initial phase of work.
- Issues resulting from third-party services, hosting providers, or software conflicts beyond our control.
