1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work.

  • Development Services: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all development services, starting from the date of payment.
  • Care Plan and Subscription Services: A 7-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first subscription payment of any care plan or subscription-based service.

If you are not satisfied within this period, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected].


2. No Refunds on Renewals

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Renewals of Care Plan or subscription services.
  • Monthly or yearly recurring payments after the initial 7-day refund period.

All renewals are considered active once charged and are non-refundable.


3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or service at any time.

  • No contracts or long-term commitments are required.
  • Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No future payments will be charged once cancellation is confirmed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Ask for a refund through you My Account page or
  • Email your refund request to [email protected] within 7 days of payment.
  • Include your name, project or subscription details, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services where substantial project work has already been completed and approved.
  • Custom development beyond the initial phase of work.
  • Issues resulting from third-party services, hosting providers, or software conflicts beyond our control.
